Angelo Bagnara
Angelo Bagnara serves Herten Burstein in all areas
of litigation, including commercial, personal injury, foreclosures
and defense. He also handles matters relating to real estate law.
His experience was gained through serving as a civil law clerk in
the offices of the Honorable Jared D. Honigfeld, J.S.C., where he
drafted bench memoranda for a variety of civil lawsuits and assisted
with pretrial conferences, settlement negotiations, and evidentiary
rulings. He also conducted mediation sessions in his capacity as a
state-certified mediator. His prior experience as a law clerk with a
New Jersey firm provided him with additional insight into tax
matters and estate planning.
Mr. Bagnara is a 1998 cum laude graduate of Seton
Hall University, earning his B.A. degree in Criminal Justice while
consistently achieving a place on the Dean's List and serving as a
member of the Criminal Justice Association. He received his J.D.
from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001, where he was a
student member of the American Bar Association and was awarded both
the Faculty and Centennial Scholarships.
Mr. Bagnara is currently a member of the American
Bar Association. In his personal life he is a sports enthusiast,
both as participant in and organizer of such activities as softball,
volleyball, and soccer.
Mr. Bagnara is fluent in Italian.
