Lisaanne R. Bicocchi
LisaAnne R. Bicocchi provides expertise to Herten
Burstein in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, mass tort,
corporate law, consumer litigation, and unfair trade practices. She
has extensive litigation experience, having served for several years
as senior litigation associate with primary responsibility for a
variety of legal matters. These include defending against products
liability, false advertising, consumer fraud, unfair trade
practices, common law fraud, commercial, corporate, and class action
litigation.
Ms. Bicocchi was on the Dean's List at Rutgers
College, University of Rutgers, from which she was graduated with a
B.S. in accounting and a minor in English literature. She is also a
magna cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law,
where she was a member of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal
and a recipient of the Chicago Title Insurance Award for Academic
Excellence.
A member of the American Bar Association and
former member of the Committee on Pro Bono and Legal Services for
the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, LisaAnne R.
Bicocchi has also been a presenter of continuing legal education
training programs. She was appointed by the Ridgefield, NJ Mayor and
Council to serve as co-director of the Ridgefield Youth Commission
and is currently serving as resident member of the Ridgefield
Recreation Commission and the Facilities Committee of the Ridgefield
Board of Education.
