JODI S. BRODSKY
Jodi S. Brodsky provides expertise to Herten
Burstein in the areas of sophisticated corporate transactions and
general corporate law. Ms. Brodsky has extensive experience
representing both publicly and privately held companies in
acquisitions, divestitures and mergers as well as counseling both
publicly and privately held companies as to securities and corporate
law compliance.
Ms. Brodsky’s expertise includes the
representation of companies in private placements and public
offerings of securities as well as the preparation and filing of SEC
disclosure documents and proxy statements.
Jodi Brodsky has over a decade of experience
representing and advising corporate clients with respect to loan
transactions, real estate lease agreements, shareholder, employment,
confidentiality, termination, retention and change in control
agreements, LLC operating agreements and a host of other commercial
agreements.
Ms. Brodsky is a 1988 cum laude graduate of the
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of Law
Review.
A magna cum laude graduate of Brooklyn College of the City
University of New York, Ms. Brodsky holds a B.A. in psychology.
Jodi S. Brodsky is a member of the American Bar
Association and the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
