Tanja J. Fagan
Tanja J. Fagan began her legal career by serving
as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Fall, J.A.D. (Ret.).
Thereafter, she grew her legal expertise in the areas of products
liability, mass tort litigation, commercial litigation, appellate
practice, insurance coverage, insurance defense and estate
litigation. Currently, she is focused on chancery matters and
probate litigation.
A 1994 graduate of Georgetown University, Ms.
Fagan earned her B.S. degree in Languages and Linguistics, with a
major in German and a minor in French. She received her J.D. from
Rutgers University School of Law - Newark in 2003, having also
completed coursework for the Certificate in Conflict Resolution and
co-founding the Rutgers Conflict Resolution Law Journal. After her
first year at Rutgers, Ms. Fagan was a judicial intern for the
Honorable Faith S. Hochberg, United States District Court of New
Jersey. Also while at Rutgers, she served in the Child Advocacy
Center of the Rutgers Urban Legal Clinic and as a volunteer mediator
for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Special Civil
Part.
Tanja J. Fagan is a member of the Bergen County
and American Bar Associations.
