Jennifer O’Neill
Jennifer O’Neill concentrates her
practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with
significant involvement in the formation of business entities, the
preparation and negotiation of various business contracts, and the
participation in various types of corporate and commercial
transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer
previously served as Legal Counsel to The Great Atlantic & Pacific
Tea Company (“A&P”) and Pathmark Stores, Inc., where she was
responsible for overseeing the companies’ corporate structure,
drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preparing company
policy, overseeing all aspects of vendor relations, and managing the
companies’ intellectual property portfolio.
Ms. O’Neill received her J.D. from
Rutgers School of Law (Newark) in 2000 and her B.A. from of Ramapo
College, where she graduated cum laude and was named to Who’s Who
Among Students in America’s Universities and Colleges. She is
admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for
the District of New Jersey, as well as the New Jersey Superior
Court. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and
the Bergen County Bar Association.
Jennifer was an Honorable Morris
Pashman Inn of Court Pupil from 2002 to 2004. She is also a
professor of “Business Ethics” at Ramapo College and a former
lecturer of “Negotiations” for the Bergen County Bar Association.
