Thomas S. McGuire
Thomas S. McGuire practices in the area of civil
litigation and has substantial experience in insurance defense,
negligence, products liability, mass tort and Appellate matters.
Mr. McGuire’s impressive credentials include
serving as an editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
In addition, Mr. McGuire continued his education in the law through
the invaluable experience of a judicial clerkship with the Honorable
Herman Michels, Presiding Judge for the Appellate Division, New
Jersey Superior Court. He also served judicial internships during
law school with the Honorable Mary Anne Trump Barry, U.S.D.J., in
the United States Federal District Court, and with the Honorable
Andrew Napolitano, J.S.C., Law Division of the New Jersey Superior
Court.
Mr. McGuire has a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham
University and received his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University
School of Law. He is a member of the Bergen County, New Jersey State
and American Bar Associations.
