David S. Polizzotto, Herten Burstein's Director of
Operations, manages the planning, marketing, and business functions
of the firm, as well as its overall operations. In addition to
having general responsibility for financial planning and controls,
personnel administration, systems, physical facilities, he shares
responsibilities with the appropriate partners for strategic
planning to meet the changing needs of the organization.
A 1988 graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University,
with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Mr. Polizzotto has
earned significant credits toward an M.B.A in Finance at the same
institution. He gained experience in office management and
administration at several CPA firms before proceeding to fill that
niche in the legal fields.
Mr. Polizzotto is currently a member of the
Association of Legal Administrators and the American Management
Association.
