Daniel C. Ritson practices in the areas of labor and employment law.

Due to his concentration in labor and employment law throughout his legal career, Mr. Ritson is able to offer experienced advice to corporate clientele concerning a variety of issues in those fields.  Mr. Ritson regularly represents management clients before various trial federal and state courts and has litigated in employment-related administrative proceedings across the country. He has successfully argued for dismissal in numerous litigations, most particularly in defense of cases involving alleged employment discrimination.

Mr. Ritson is a 2001 graduate of the University of Richmond, where he earned a B.S. degree in finance, appearing on the Dean's List throughout his concentration. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004, where he continues to remain active as a coach of the school's Interscholastic Moot Court Board.

Mr. Ritson serves as the Co-Chairman of the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Council.
