Mr. Pietrafesa is actively involved in his community. He coaches baseball, softball and soccer. He has been a member of the Hawthorne Board of Education for many years, where he currently serves as its Vice President. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Louis Bay 2d Library in Hawthorne. He has also served as general counsel to the St. Anthony Education Foundation, and the Hawthorne Education Foundation, New Jersey Nonprofit Corporations.

Patrick Ascolese began his legal career by serving as law clerk to the Honorable Joseph S. Conte, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. During his clerkship he gained extensive experience in the area of general civil litigation, concentrating in prerogative writ litigation, contract, and civil law. Mr. Ascolese practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, as well as land use law. In these areas, he conducts legal research, prepares discovery and pleadings, argues motions, and performs trial preparation work.

A 2003 graduate of Rowan University, Mr. Ascolese received his J.D. and graduated cum laude from Western New England College School of Law in 2006.

Mr. Ascolese is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and is a member of the New Jersey and Bergen County Bar Associations.
