The law firm of Herten, Burstein, Sheridan,
Cevasco, Bottinelli, Litt & Harz, L.L.C. was formed in 1987.
Each of these skilled attorneys brought with them a specific area of
expertise within the legal field. The commitment of this respected
team lies fundamentally within its dedication to their clients and
communities on both the business and personal levels. Offering a
wide range of legal services, the firm has been faithful in drawing
upon the diverse backgrounds and valued reputations of its members

Within our firm we are collectively members of the
New Jersey,
New York,
Massachusetts, Texas,
California,
Pennsylvania and
Florida Bar
Associations. Members and associates are admitted to practice before
all New Jersey and New York courts, the U.S. District Court of New
Jersey, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Tax Court,
the U.S. Patent and Trademark Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court. Also
included are Certified Civil Trial Attorneys and individuals with
experience as counsel to government bodies on both the federal and
state levels, and have served as elected state and local officials.

which require a hands-on approach by both members and associates.
