LATERAL ATTORNEYS
We are interested in smart and energetic attorneys who can work independently or as part of a team, with excellent academic backgrounds, experiences and work ethics. In particular, we are interested in experienced attorneys with books of business in the areas of bankruptcy and taxation.

NEW ASSOCIATES
Our associates work with experienced attorneys to learn the ropes. They receive as much responsibility as they can handle. Early on at the firm, they may be arguing motions in court, taking depositions or negotiating a transaction.

SUMMER ASSOCIATES AND LAW CLERKS
We hire a number of first or second year law students for our summer associate program, which is usually ten weeks long. We also hire law students as law clerks throughout the year. Being a summer associate or a law clerk is a good opportunity for law students to get practical experience with thinking, researching and writing like a lawyer in diverse practice areas of a law firm.

PARALEGALS
We employ paralegals in almost every practice area of the firm. We appreciate the support and resources that they provide our attorneys and our clients. Our paralegals have contact with our clients and handle everything from legal research and document drafting to file maintenance and management.
