GIANFRANCO A. PIETRAFESA ELECTED CHAIR OF NEW JERSEY STATE BAR ASSOCIATION BUSINESS LAW SECTION

 HACKENSACK, NJ –Gianfranco A. Pietrafesa, a member of Herten, Burstein, Sheridan, Cevasco, Bottinelli, Litt & Harz, LLC, has been elected as the Chair of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Mr. Pietrafesa is a business lawyer and business litigator who chairs Herten Burstein’s Business Law Group. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in the area of corporate law and in Super Lawyers in the area of Business/Corporate. He has written numerous articles and lectured extensively on the topics of business law, litigation and legal ethics.

Mr. Pietrafesa represents clients in corporate, business, employment and real estate matters. His extensive experience includes the formation of business entities, the purchase and sale of businesses, the preparation and negotiation of various business contracts, and advice to clients on general employment matters.

Mr. Pietrafesa received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
